Terms of Use and Policies

 Welcome to LS Digital Estates! We provide premium domain solutions, including leasing, purchasing, and lease-to-own options. Below are our detailed terms and policies. By working with us, you agree to these terms. 

🔹 Ownership Retention

• The domain remains the property of LS Digital Estates throughout the lease term.
• Lessees cannot resell, transfer, or sublease the domain.

🔹 Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly or annually via Escrow.com.
• Minimum lease term: No less than 6 months.

🔹 Discounts for Longer Lease Terms

• 12-month lease: $2,250/month (10% discount).
• 24-month lease: $2,125/month (15% discount).

🔹 Late Payments

• 5-day grace period is provided.
• 10% late fee applies to the outstanding monthly payment after the grace period.
• Two consecutive missed payments result in lease termination.

🔹 Renewals & Termination

• Leases automatically renew unless terminated with 30-day written notice.
• Early termination forfeits any prepaid amounts.

🔹 Reinstatement

• A $100 reinstatement fee applies, plus all outstanding payments & late fees.

🔹 Compliance & Security

• Payments are processed securely through Escrow.com.
• LS Digital Estates reserves the right to monitor domain usage for compliance.

🔹 Ownership Transfer

• Domains are fully transferred only after payment clears via Escrow.com.

🔹 Payment Process & Timelines

• Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the agreement.
• All transactions are securely processed via Escrow.com.

🔹 Refund Policy

• All domain purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges after transfer.

🔹 Domain Use

• Once transferred, the buyer has full ownership & usage rights.

🔹 Ownership Transfer

• Ownership transfers only after full lease payments are completed.

🔹 Immediate Domain Use

• Lessees cannot resell, transfer, or sublease until ownership transfers.

🔹 Payment Terms

• Monthly payments are required. Interest applies as follows:
  • 0% Interest: First 6 months
  • 5% Interest: Months 7–18
  • 10% Interest: Months 19–24

🔹 Early Buyout Option

• Lessees may pay off the balance early at any time.

🔹 Late Payments

• 5-day grace period is provided.
• 10% late fee applies to the outstanding monthly payment after the grace period.
• Two consecutive missed payments result in termination & domain access revocation.

🔹 Reinstatement

• A $100 reinstatement fee applies, plus all outstanding payments & late fees.

🔹 Secure Transactions

• Payments are securely processed through Escrow.com.

These terms and policies for purchasing, leasing, and lease-to-own premium domains are binding and may be updated as necessary. By purchasing, leasing, or entering a lease-to-own agreement with LS Digital Estates, you agree to these terms.
