Refund Policy:
All domain purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once ownership has been transferred.
Transaction Timelines:
Buyers must complete payment within 48 hours of agreement to avoid cancellation of the sale.
Domain Use:
Upon transfer of ownership, the buyer has full rights to use the domain as they see fit.
What is an Outright Purchase?
An outright purchase allows you to secure full ownership of the domain with a one-time payment, providing you complete and permanent control of the domain.

Ownership Transfer:

Lessees can terminate the agreement early by paying off the remaining balance in full.
Ownership Retention:
The domain remains the property of LS Digital Estates throughout the lease term.
Lessees may not resell, transfer, or sublease the domain.

Minimum lease term: 6 months (unless otherwise agreed).
Discounts for Longer Terms:
6-month lease: Standard rate.
12-month lease: 10% discount on total lease cost.
24-month lease: 15% discount on total lease cost.
Use Restrictions:
Domains may not be used for illegal activities, adult content, spamming, or activities violating ethical standards or laws.
Renewals and Termination:
Leases automatically renew unless terminated with a 30-day written notice before the lease term ends.
Early termination forfeits any prepaid amounts.
Late Payments:
